Cookie Management

Account Security Practices

Your password is hashed before storage — we cannot read it. Two-step verification is available in Account Settings and we recommend activating it, especially if your UPI or Paytm wallet is linked to your account.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI or Paytm, the transaction ID is logged against your account for reconciliation. We do not store your full bank account number or PhonePe PIN — those remain within the payment provider's own encrypted environment.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is retained while your account remains open. If you close your account, transaction logs required under applicable Indian law are archived for the legally mandated period, then permanently deleted.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (such as UPI gateways and Paytm), identity verification partners where required by law, and cloud infrastructure providers under strict data-processing agreements. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Requesting Data Changes

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Submit a request through the Account Settings panel or email our privacy team. We verify your identity before making any changes to protect your account from unauthorised alterations.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the payment identifiers you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number. We also log device type and IP address for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Payment transactions are processed through encrypted gateways. We store only the transaction reference ID and amount against your account; your UPI handle is masked in our logs and your Paytm PIN or PhonePe credentials are never transmitted to our servers.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Data & Privacy to download a structured summary. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your registered address and we will prepare a copy within seven business days.
